The unique way to be fully involved in the European Radiotherapy community

Application for Corporate Membership is available to manufacturers and distributors of equipment and drugs used in radiation oncology.  By subscribing to this category of ESTRO membership, companies can express their support for ESTRO and its objectives.  Company members are entitled to list their main European contact details and personnel in the ESTRO Corporate Members Directory as well as their product line on the ESTRO website with a hyperlink to their own site. 

In addition, the company products will be included in a product search function on this website which helps RT professionals preparing a tender to identify potential product suppliers.  In addition to these advantages, company members are entitled to buy ESTRO labels for one time use or to take out a subscription to the ESTRO data base.

Benefits of Corporate Membership

1. Preferential booth allocation during ESTRO conferences: ESTRO gives you priority by sending you the information package including space application form, advertising and sponsoring possibilities related to ESTRO conferences sooner than non-member companies.
   
2. Visibility on the ESTRO website: company details are listed on the ESTRO website  with a hyperlink to your website and e-mail link to your company contacts, together with a product-search function.
   
3. Mailing facility: only member companies can purchase address labels for ESTRO members (1000 Euro) and subscribe to the ESTRO members database in electronic format (Excel file with different sorting possibilities 2,500 Euro – annual fee).
   
4. Preferential registration fee on ESTRO teaching courses: whenever your company registers their delegates, they will get the advantages of an early member registration fee during teaching courses.
   
5. Preferential fee on delegate badges during ESTRO conferences.
   
6. Potential to sponsor participants at ESTRO conferences at early registration rate (this does not apply to company delegates).
   
7. A 5% discount on advertising and sponsoring.
   
8. Acknowledgement in conference programme books.
   
9. Member signage for booth.
   
10. Use of the ESTRO conference logos on promotional material linked to a conference (samples of the promotional material must be sent to ESTRO for approval).
    
11. Free subscription to the Society’s journal: “Radiotherapy and Oncology”.
    
12. Free subscription to the ESTRO Newsletter and other member information.
